Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using the SGXbot platform and SGX Nova™ service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

1. General Use

The Service is designed for legitimate business use. SGX Nova™ is intended to serve as an AI-powered sales assistant for lawful commercial websites. You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.

2. Prohibited Content and Industries

You may not use the Service in connection with any website, business, or activity that involves:

(a) Adult content, sexually explicit material, pornography, or any adult entertainment services.
(b) Escort services, adult dating services, or any business facilitating sexual services.
(c) Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia.
(d) Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives sales.
(e) Gambling or betting services (unless properly licensed and legal in all applicable jurisdictions).
(f) Multi-level marketing schemes, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent business models.
(g) Hate speech, content promoting violence, terrorism, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
(h) Counterfeit goods, stolen property, or intellectual property infringement.
(i) Any activity that violates the rights of minors or involves the exploitation of children in any form.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

(a) Use the Service to send unsolicited communications, spam, or bulk messages through the AI assistant.
(b) Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of any part of the Service.
(c) Use the Service to collect, harvest, or store personal data of end users without proper consent and legal basis.
(d) Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized third parties to access your account.
(e) Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with other users.
(f) Misrepresent the AI assistant as a human being when directly asked by an end user if they are speaking with an AI.
(g) Use the Service to provide medical, legal, or financial advice that requires professional licensure.
(h) Intentionally train or configure the AI to provide false, misleading, or deceptive information.

4. Responsibility for AI Configuration

You are responsible for the information and instructions provided to SGX Nova™ through the onboarding process. You must ensure that the information is accurate, lawful, and does not violate any third-party rights. If the AI produces responses based on incorrect information you provided, you bear responsibility for those responses.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

SGXbot reserves the right to monitor the use of the Service to ensure compliance with this AUP. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this policy, we may:

(a) Issue a warning and request corrective action.
(b) Suspend your access to the Service.
(c) Terminate your account immediately without refund.
(d) Report violations to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

SGXbot may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on the SGXbot website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
