SGXbot — Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how SGXbot ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the SGXbot platform and the SGX Nova™ service.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, business name, website URL, and payment information necessary to process your subscription.
Onboarding Information: During onboarding, you provide business details including services, pricing, service areas, and other operational information that enables the AI to represent your business.
Usage Data: We collect technical data about how you interact with the Service, including login activity, configuration changes, and feature usage.
End-User Interaction Data: When visitors interact with the AI assistant on your website, the Service processes conversation data in real time to generate responses. We do not permanently store chat transcripts.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; process payments; configure and train the AI assistant for your business; improve the Service; communicate with you about your account, updates, and changes; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Storage and Transcripts
SGXbot does not permanently store chat transcripts or voice interaction recordings. Conversation data is processed in real time to generate responses and is not retained after the interaction session ends. Minimal operational logs may be retained for system performance and debugging purposes.
4. Data Sharing
SGXbot does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information, business data, or end-user interaction data with any third parties. We may use third-party service providers (such as payment processors and cloud hosting providers) solely to operate the Service, and these providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies
The Service may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You may configure your browser to reject cookies, though this may affect functionality.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account and onboarding data for the duration of your active subscription and for six (6) months following cancellation or non-renewal. After this retention period, all data is permanently deleted. You may request early deletion of your data by contacting support@sgxbot.com.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@sgxbot.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on the SGXbot website and, where appropriate, communicated via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

12. Google API Services
SGXbot uses Google APIs to provide calendar synchronization and scheduling features. Access to Google user data is requested only after explicit user authorization through Google's OAuth 2.0 consent screen. SGXbot only requests the minimum permissions necessary to perform the requested functionality.
13. Google User Data
Information obtained from Google APIs is used exclusively for: - Calendar synchronization - Appointment scheduling - Event management - Availability verification SGXbot does not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties. Google user data is never used for advertising purposes.m.
